1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Product significantly different from the ordered item
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
2. Return Request
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team with:
- Order details
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Reason for return
Requests made after the specified period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or altered products
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for eligible products subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
